GREETINGS
From YOUR PRINCIPAL

2008-2009
It is my honor to serve as the principal of Pembroke Meadows Elementary School, Home of the Panthers. I bring over 20 years of experience in public education and a unique set of leadership skills to make certain our children receive the best education. Along with our new assistant principal, Mrs. Kelli Cedo, our leadership abilities, combined with the talents of a creative and highly qualified faculty and staff, will ensure parents and caregivers continue to make Pembroke Meadows their school of choice. The entire school community welcomes 550 students each day and challenges them with diverse, significant learning opportunities designed to stimulate creativity, problem-solving, and intellectual growth.
Presently, we continue to celebrate a rich heritage of cultural diversity and academic success and look for opportunities for future growth in the journey to take learning to new heights. Parents, business leaders, and members of the armed forces support our mission to prepare each student to be a successful, educated, responsible member of a changing society by assuring quality instruction in a safe, caring, and nurturing environment. Pembroke Meadows is most fortunate to have an active PTA and a strong Partners in Education program. We welcome your assistance in preparing our children for tomorrow’s world. Any effort you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
At Pembroke Meadows, Panthers leap to great heights each and every day on their quest for academic excellence. I am blessed with the opportunity to take our children to the edge of their learning and to help them be the best for the world.
Warmly,
Charles L. Spivey, Ed.D
